Cancellation Policy for the ‘Special Offer – Non-Refundable’ & ‘Last Minute Deal’

No change or cancellation may be made after reservation. Upon reservation, the guest accepts to be charged the full amount of the stay, this amount being non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification of reservation.

Cancellation Policy for all other rates

Cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee
Cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee on total amount of reservation
Cancellation 24 hours or less prior to arrival date, 100% cancellation fee on total amount of reservation
